The Story of
Saxons Barn
The stunning Saxons Barn, was moved from Saxons Farm in Sussex to its present site over 20 years ago, and was lovingly restored to its original form, down to every brick and beam.
Saxons Barn boasts a warm and friendly atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression as soon as you walk through the door. A large indoor space, equipped with a fully functioning bar, is accompanied externally by a large decking area that is suitable for use throughout all seasons.
It is a perfect venue for intimate events, ceremonies and parties, business events and various other celebrations. If you have any special requirements for your personalised event, we will always endeavour to make it happen.
We have a fabulous resident chef that specialises in beautiful grazing boards, which can be catered to your event and tastes, as well as a variety of corporate menus. If you still find yourself needing that special something, our team will do their best to fulfill all of your requirements.
We are only a 5 minute car journey from the M4, and only 20 minutes from Heathrow airport.
There is onsite free parking available.
Testimonials
"An absolutely beautiful venue. Debbie and her team are very welcoming and do everything they can to make your special event go as easily as possible. The food is incredible, if you have an event there request her special roast potatoes because they are indescribable!"

"Fantastic venue. Had my mum's big birthday there recently with over 30 guests and the service was perfect.. there's nothing they wouldn't do to ensure all guests were happy. We also stayed next door at the old farmhouse bed and breakfast.. Also great both come very highly recommended."
