Can I Book a Wedding at Saxons Barn?
At this time, Saxons Barn does not offer Weddings.
We are a 'Day Events' venue, specialising in Celebratory events such as Religious Ceremony Receptions, Celebrations of Life, Milestone and Children Birthday Events and Corporate.
What are Saxons Barn Policies on Live Music?
Saxons Barn does not currently permit the use of Live Music/Bands at our venue. We have an affiliate DJ who can be used, and details can be provided upon enquiry.
You are also welcome to bring your own speaker for your event for the use of music to provide ambiance and background style music.
What Is The Capacity of Saxons Barn?
Saxons Barn has two capacities for our Celebration and Corporate events.
Celebration Events are available for up to 90 people, whilst Corporate Events are available for up to 50 (minimum of 35).
Can I Use External Caterers/Bar Services?
Despite having a brilliant in-house Chef specialising in picturesque grazing boards, we have been proud to work with a wide range of External Catering Companies over the years and are always happy to recommend some to you - you can even find a few in our Gallery!
All Bar and Drinks Services must be provided by Saxons Barn via our in-house Bar.
Where Can I Find Prices?
All of our prices are available upon enquiry only.
All of our events are bespoke and tailored to your needs, and our pricing is reflected in the elements chosen by you for your event.
What are the Booking Hours for Saxons Barn?
Booking Hours are upon enquiry, as we have a range of packages to suit different needs, and prices that reflect this.
As we are a 'Day Event' venue, we do not host events that run later than 10.00pm and we expect guests to have vacated the premesis by 11.00pm.
